Privacy Policy

For 90°: Tap, Turn, Survive.

Last updated: June 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Fil.Technology (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game 90°: Tap, Turn, Survive (the “Game”). We built 90° to be a simple arcade game, and we designed it to collect as little information as possible.

We do not require you to create an account, we do not ask for your name, email, or contact details inside the Game, and we do not show advertisements.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Your gameplay data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. This includes:

  • Your best score, coins, stars, hearts, and daily-reward streaks
  • Owned and selected box skins, trails, themes, and seasons
  • Game settings (sound, music, haptics, rotation direction, theme)

This data stays on your device and is removed if you delete the Game (subject to any device backups you have enabled, such as iCloud).

3. Game Center (Leaderboards)

The Game uses Apple Game Center to power leaderboards. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and your Game Center identity (such as your nickname and player identifier) are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable Game Center in your device settings. We do not receive your Apple ID or contact information.

4. In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs, cosmetic themes and seasons, and convenience items such as hearts or continues). Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store; we never see or store your payment information.

To manage purchases and entitlements, we use RevenueCat, a third-party service that validates receipts and tracks which items you own. RevenueCat may process a randomly generated app user identifier, your purchase history, and basic device and country information for this purpose. RevenueCat acts as our service provider and processes this data on our behalf.

5. Diagnostics

If you have enabled sharing of diagnostics with developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash and performance reports. This information does not identify you personally and is used only to improve the stability of the Game.

6. No Advertising and No Tracking

The Game does not display third-party advertisements and does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for tracking.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not require any personal details to play. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

8. Data Security

We rely on the security measures provided by Apple and our service providers, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

9. Data Retention

On-device data is retained until you delete it or remove the Game. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained according to their respective policies and as needed to honor your purchases and for legal and accounting purposes.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because we hold very little information about you, the fastest way to remove on-device data is to delete the Game. For anything else, contact us using the details below.

11. International Users

The Game is operated from Canada. If you use the Game from outside Canada, your information may be processed in Canada and in the countries where our service providers operate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
