1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Fil Technology application, game, website, or service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Apps and Services Covered

These Terms apply to all Fil Technology apps and services, including but not limited to:

  • SQUAMP ReJump
  • AREmoji
  • Canadian Stickers
  • CarPrism
  • Israel Stickers
  • QuakeMate
  • VatCal
  • Wordim
  • Zazim
  • 90° Game
  • MemUP

As well as the filsv.com website and any related websites, services, or content provided by Fil Technology.

3. License to Use the Apps

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use automated means to access or collect data from our Services

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use our Services only for their intended purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
  • Not transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
  • Not engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or Services

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

Refunds: Refund requests should be directed to the respective app store (Apple or Google) through which the purchase was made. We do not process refunds directly.

Subscriptions: If applicable, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.

6. Third-Party Services and App Stores

Our Services are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of these stores is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties.

Some of our apps may integrate with or link to third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code — are owned by Fil Technology or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Fil Technology name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Fil Technology. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. User Content

Some of our apps may allow you to create, upload, or share content. You retain ownership of any content you create, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content as necessary to provide and improve our Services.

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

9. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through our Services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIL TECHNOLOGY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through our apps or by other means.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
